With magnificent stalacties cascade from the ceiling- like folds of material while stalagmites emerge from the ground mimicking bubbling water frozen in mid-sprut. The tour goes to the depth of 30 m, though the cave extents to more than 50 m.

There  is a small cafeand gift shop above ground, open during the high season.

The School

The idea of erecting a school building matured into the thought of the villagers  for several years. The need for the erection of a new and modern School was born after the creation of the New Taxiarch. They used as a school, a small temple, the Temple of Sotiros, which were in the square of the village.
